Yoga Basics


Join us for this four-week Yoga Basics class Sunday, October 2, 16, 23 + 30.

We understand it can be overwhelming to try something new. If the idea of a yoga practice seems interesting to you but you're not sure how to get started, join us for our Yoga Basics series. This course includes one class per week on Zoom where you'll learn basic postures, breathing techniques, and skills in a small group setting that focuses on individualized attention. You'll feel stronger and more flexible in your body and more relaxed in your mind. You'll also have the knowledge and confidence to participate in regular group classes.

A recording of the class will be provided for practice in between sessions. This class recording will be available for one week only.
