This unique class will be held every month live on Zoom. This class is inspired from the needs which have arisen during this unusual time we call the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us are tired, isolated, and exhausted. We need support, community, loving-kindness, patience, compassion, and our yoga practice more than ever.
In this class, we will explore a variety of breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, readings, exercises, and optional homework. In February we will discuss the book Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto. The information and evidence presented in this book prove the impact of words, music, and thoughts. Let’s join together and explore the word(s) and affirmation(s) that ring true for you! Be inspired and feel the joy of life within you.
