Join Alie for this special day of self-care with yoga, essential breath work, and meditation. In the morning session Alie will guide you through a gentle yoga practice using your breath, precise alignment detail, and subtle cuing to connect deeper within yourself. In the afternoon session, we will enjoy the benefits of restorative yoga and deep relaxation. This asana practice is designed to draw you effortlessly into a beautiful, deep relaxation, offering you an opportunity to experience greater clarity and your natural state of peace.
Become your own best friend by being present with yourself and noticing the sensations throughout your body while being totally supported. You will be invited to exercise loving kindness and indiscriminate curiosity. You will learn how to meditate and explore simple breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety while increasing clarity and calmness during the chaos of everyday life. Rediscover your mind and body as your most comfortable home.
10:30am – noon: Gentle Yoga
noon – 1pm: Lunch Break
1 – 3pm: Restorative Yoga

Single session: $25 by November 14th, $30 November 15th onward.
