Let’s join together in person or online this Fall to celebrate our love of yoga! We will gather to ground and relax deeply. Our practice will include simple techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, increase clarity and calm, and illuminate your power and peace within. Prepare to enjoy yourself as Alie guides you through gentle yoga and into a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice. Alie’s teaching style is unique. She gives attention to precise alignment detail, and she offers pose variations so that you practice yoga that is for YOU! It is Alie’s intention and wish for you that you live your true authentic life both on and off that mat. Ultimately, you will leave feeling peaceful, clear, and empowered.
