Join me this summer for a season of movement, mindfulness, and connection in the heart of Wisconsin. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you're warmly invited to breathe, stretch, and grow with us.
I’m excited to partner with The Warehouse Arts Center to offer weekly classes that celebrate community, creativity, and the grounding power of yoga. Come as you are—all levels are welcome. Let’s move together and make this summer one of balance, joy, and renewal.
MONDAYS
Start your week with a full-body reset! Begin Monday morning with gentle rolling to relieve tension and follow it with a full, heart-centered yoga class. Alie’s gentle yet precise style ensures everyone can participate safely and effectively. From 8:30–9:00am, we’ll use foam rollers to release tension, improve posture, and wake up the body. (Bring your own roller—mats are provided.)
Then from 9:00–10 am, join Alie for Yoga for Everybody—a gentle, grounding class to build strength, balance, and inner ease. With mindful breath, precise alignment, and deep relaxation, you’ll leave class feeling refreshed and restored.

1st Annual Summer Yoga Retreat
The Northernaire Resort
Three Lakes, Wisconsin
August 21—24, 2025
Reclaim your freedom and embrace all that summer has to offer with four days of yoga, sunshine, and soul-nourishing relaxation in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. During this revitalizing retreat, you’ll learn to balance grounding with enlightening, doing with undoing, relaxing with energizing, and centering with expanding.
Surrounded by gorgeous pine trees and the largest chain of freshwater lakes in the world, you’ll deepen your yoga practice with energizing classes in the morning and gentle sessions each evening. With my signature teaching style, we’ll explore the profound and simple benefits of yoga through meditation, essential breath work, creative pose variations, joy, and a spirit of playful curiosity. Our goal: to reconnect with our natural state of peace and rediscover freedom.
During the afternoons, you’re invited to explore your adventurous side with optional excursions: stand-up paddle boarding, boat cruises, hikes along the Sam Campbell Memorial Trail, or biking from Three Lakes to Eagle River. Whether you’re stargazing, catching the northern lights, or roasting marshmallows by the fire, this retreat offers the perfect blend of movement, stillness, connection, and fun.
