Join me for this special day-long mini-retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and savor the goodness in your life. Our morning practice will focus on grounding and energizing, while the afternoon will focus on deep rest and restoration. Through gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and heart-centered practices, you will cultivate greater ease, peace, joy, and connection–with yourself and the community around you.
