Join Alie for a special Gentle Yoga Flow class. This gentle practice, which utilizes calming breathing techniques, precise alignment details, and subtle cuing, will invite you to connect more deeply with your innermost self. Innovative pose variations and modifications will empower you to practice the poses in a way that feels good in your own unique body.


In this yoga class, together we will embrace the benefits of gentle, restorative yoga and deep relaxation. This class is designed to offer you the opportunity to experience not just greater clarity but also your natural state of peace.
