Being grateful is good for your health! It’s been scientifically proven. It can help you open the door to more relationships, increase your energy, sleep better, improve self-esteem, and boost your mental strength. So how can you become more grateful? By choosing to be, and consciously practicing it.

 

Join me for a special workshop designed to help you count your blessings, savor the good in your life, and feel grateful for the people and the community that surround you. In this special class, you will learn how to use breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle and restorative yoga postures to get grounded, feel relaxed, and find peace. Discover the inner well-being that comes from not only cultivating the essential good within yourself but also appreciating the people who support you in learning, growing, and evolving to do, feel, and be your best. There is even opportunity to discover gratitude by learning from challenging situations. In this journey we will learn how to orient from awareness and experience loving-kindness toward ourselves and others. This class will include innovative pose variations, essential alignment details, and the experience of spontaneous joy and increased luminosity.
