Join us for this four-week Intro to Yoga series every Monday, January 4 - 25 at 6-7:15 pm CST.
We understand it can be overwhelming to try something new. If the idea of a yoga practice seems interesting to you but you're not sure how to get started, join us for our Intro to Yoga series. This 4-week course includes one class per week on zoom where you'll learn basic postures, breathing techniques, and skills in a small group setting that focuses on individualized attention. You'll feel stronger and more flexible in your body and more relaxed in your mind. You'll also have the knowledge and confidence to participate in regular group classes.
