Retreat. Refresh. Enlighten.
Freedom Yoga in the Northwoods
1st Annual Summer Yoga Retreat
The Northernaire Resort
Three Lakes, Wisconsin
August 21—24, 2025
Late Registration Open Now!
Reclaim your freedom and embrace all that summer has to offer with four days of yoga, sunshine, and soul-nourishing relaxation in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. During this revitalizing retreat, you’ll learn to balance grounding with enlightening, doing with undoing, relaxing with energizing, and centering with expanding.
Surrounded by gorgeous pine trees and the largest chain of freshwater lakes in the world, you’ll deepen your yoga practice with energizing classes in the morning and gentle sessions each evening. With my signature teaching style, we’ll explore the profound and simple benefits of yoga through meditation, essential breath work, creative pose variations, joy, and a spirit of playful curiosity. Our goal: to reconnect with our natural state of peace and rediscover freedom.
During the afternoons, you’re invited to explore your adventurous side with optional excursions: stand-up paddle boarding, boat cruises, hikes along the Sam Campbell Memorial Trail, or biking from Three Lakes to Eagle River. Whether you’re stargazing, catching the northern lights, or roasting marshmallows by the fire, this retreat offers the perfect blend of movement, stillness, connection, and fun.
What’s Included
Your retreat registration includes six yoga classes held in the beautiful Great Room at the Northernaire Resort with expansive lake and forest views. Weather permitting, we’ll practice outdoors as well.
Please note:
Lodging is not included in the yoga retreat registration fee.
You do not need to stay at the Northernaire to attend the retreat. You’re welcome to book your own accommodations elsewhere nearby.
