Immerse yourself in the magical landscape of Costa Rica with its beautiful beaches and lush forests. Pamper your body with spa treatments, farm-to-table food, and yoga twice per day.
Throughout this revitalizing trip, you will learn to balance grounding with enlightening, doing with undoing, relaxing with energizing, and centering with expanding.
Explore your adventurous side: ride a horse on the beach, zipline through the Costa Rican forest (the longest canopy tour in the world!), learn to surf, take a wildlife + birding kayaking tour, go paddleboarding amongst the mangroves, explore the environs on an ATV, or bike into town where you can visit charming local shops and cafes. Then find balance lounging by the Pacific Ocean, enjoying spa services, soaking in the saltwater pool, or, of course, relaxing while sipping on a fresh coconut.
Deepen your yoga practice with invigorating classes in the morning and gentle practices each evening. With my signature precise and enlightening style of teaching, together we will explore and visualize our deepest desires for 2025. We will use meditation, essential breath work, creative pose variations, joy, and indiscriminate curiosity to experience our natural state of peace and, ultimately, find freedom.

Payment terms
Once registration is open, in order to reserve your space, please submit a $500 deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) to Alie McManus via QuickPay with Zelle/aliemcmanus@yahoo.com, Venmo/@Alie-McManus, or send a check to Alie McManus, (please confirm Alie’s current address). If you would like to use PayPal with your credit card you will receive an invoice from Alie which will include a 3.5% PayPal service charge (PayPal charges a 3.5% service fee). If your PayPal account is linked to your checking account, you may choose to send money to “friends and family” with no additional fee. Half of the balance is due by July 1, 2024. The final payment is due by October 1, 2024. Late registration ends on November 1, 2024. If it would better suit your needs to make four payments instead of three please let Alie know. No refunds unless someone can take your place.
Travel Information
Most participants choose to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Bodhi Tree offers to help arrange flights for our guests flying to and from Liberia or San Jose. Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Nosara, and San Jose is approximately a 5-hour drive from Nosara. There are local flights on Sansa from Liberia and San Jose to Nosara.
