Payment is required for entry to the Yoga Zoom Room. You will receive the link for the Yoga Zoom Room 20 minutes before class time.

This class is for those who have an active curiosity for yoga and tuning into themselves. Alie sequences the postures thoughtfully and will offer options for postures to guide you into the pose that works specifically for you. We will use postures to open and strengthen the body and to help you discover balance within your mind, body, and Spirit. In this class, Alie will support each practitioner to be responsive to their needs and honor themselves and their bodies. Watch the quality of your awareness and breath expand and discover your body as your most comfortable home.

Alie has created a 60 min class to fit more easily into your schedule. There will be an optional 15-minute breathing and meditation practice after class time.
