We understand it can be overwhelming to try something new. If the idea of a yoga practice seems interesting to you but you're not sure how to get started, join us for our Intro to Yoga series. This 4-week course includes one class per week where you'll learn basic postures, breathing techniques and skills in a small group setting that focuses on individualized attention. You'll feel stronger and more flexible in your body, more relaxed in mind and will have the knowledge and confidence to participate in regular group classes. To support your goal of sustaining your yoga practice long term, we are offering all Intro to Yoga students a 20% discount on class packages (must be purchased on or before your last Intro class and doesn't include unlimited month or year pricing).
