You will begin your unwinding Friday evening with restorative and gentle yoga, essential breath work, and meditation. Meditation and asana go together hand in hand. Meditation can inspire us into our asana practice, and the practice of the postures can improve our comfort in meditation and in daily life. Through this practice you will experience greater freedom in your body and mind, and enjoy coming home to you.

Discover Deep Release + Ground
Join Alie for this refreshing workshop where you will discover freedom and empowerment by consciously connecting with the ground and opening your hips, pelvis, and spine. Our bodies can accumulate tension and unconscious holding. Together we will bring awareness, tenderness, and an active curiosity to the hips and spine, revealing a sense of spaciousness and clarity that is truly enlightening! Through the exploration of twisting and hip release, you will wring out tension and holding. You’ll then be able to enjoy the inner fluidity of your spine and discover the deep release that comes with spinal twists. Be ready for innovative pose variations, essential alignment details, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation.
