Restore from the rigors of stress and daily life during a rejuvenating wellness weekend at yogaview in Chicago. Over the course of three days, you will discover the balance between grounding and enlightening, doing and undoing, relaxing and energizing, and centering and expanding. You will use meditation, essential breath work, creative pose variations, joy, and curiosity to experience your natural state of peace.
Begin unwinding Friday evening with restorative and gentle Yoga. Saturday afternoon, discover freedom and empowerment by consciously connecting with the ground, opening your hips, pelvis, and spine. Relax more deeply late Saturday afternoon with continued restorative and gentle Yoga, essential breath work, and meditation. Sunday, discover freedom and the inner fluidity of the spine with intelligent sequencing to access safe back bending. Experience Yoga and the art of living!

Begin unwinding Friday evening with restorative and gentle yoga, essential breath work, and meditation. Meditation and asana go together hand in hand. Meditation can inspire us into our asana practice, and the practice of the postures can improve our comfort in meditation and daily life. Through this practice you will experience greater freedom in your body and mind, and enjoy coming home to you.

Discover Deep Release and Ground: Hip Opening and Twists
In this refreshing workshop, you will discover freedom and empowerment by consciously connecting with the ground and opening your hips, pelvis, and spine. Our bodies can accumulate tension and unconscious holding. Together we will bring awareness, tenderness, and an active curiosity to the hips and spine, revealing a sense of spaciousness and clarity that is truly enlightening! Through the exploration of twisting and hip release, you will wring out tension and holding. You will then be able to enjoy the inner fluidity of your spine and discover the deep release that comes with spinal twists. Be ready for innovative pose variations, essential alignment details, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation.

Tune into Your Essence: Restorative Yoga
Relax more deeply Saturday evening with Restorative Yoga, essential breath work, and meditation. This asana practice is designed to draw you effortlessly into a beautiful, deep relaxation, offering you an opportunity to experience your natural state of peace. You will also learn basic meditation and simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and increase clarity and calm. Embrace your Essence as you rediscover your body as your most comfortable home.

Awaken to the joy in your life, your Yoga, and your being. The major benefit of Yoga is deepening your awareness of Self. Discover safe back bending through intelligent and careful sequencing with appropriate pose variations and modifications. You will learn how to experience greater freedom in your back bending, while emphasizing the power of your breath, the strength of your grounded body, and an increase in energy.
